Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

My husband and I were seated in two different rows even though we requested to sit together in an aisle and window seat and checked in the day before the flight This happened on all four legs of a trip to South Africa. Extremely narrow seats and little leg room. Felt like a cattle car. An aggressive woman with disruptive, screaming children was allowed to Torture passengers for a good five hours of the flight before the bursar finally moved her. This was after several hours of complaints from other passengers. She was eventually moved twice due to passenger complaints. The situation should have been handled after the first complaints which occurred two hours into the flight before the situation completely detiorated Food was terrible and meals ran out."

DEux interventions des agents de bord n'ont pas suffi. Le semblant de repas était avant l'arrivée ã Montréal était infecte : une pochette de pain avec simili sauce que l'on présentait comme une "pizza". Ce vol n'avait vraiment pas la qualité Lufthansa!!!"

The seat wasn't very comfortable and I didn't have much room to sit and for my legs. I had a stupid box under the seat in front of me with airplane stuff in it I guess, so that took up some room under the seat in front of me. I had my legs stretched in the aisle most of the flight. The food wasn't great, but what airline food is good? I was really expecting this aircraft to be like the Dream Liner, but overall it was just a big tin can in the sky."

It was a nightmare and I got to feeling we would never get out of Paris.Not so sure I would want to go to Paris Airport again.? If I would use BA."

Anyway flight was annoying at first bc it took 10 years to take off. The crew was so so. There was a rude attendant who was male and a really nice one. The guy seemed irritated to be working or asked any questions. The food was decent. And I was lucky to get my own row. So I slept the whole 10 hours. I'd have to check the plane next time I flew with American. The plane on way out of states was awful!!! So it was meh overall."

After flying my first segment with British airways, I wondered if the Spanish airline could keep up with BA's standards. Well, Iberia not only met the standards, but raised the bar! I am not sure if the fact that this was a day flight (unlike BA's red eye trip) or the fact that it took 2 more hours, but the crew served a full lunch, a snack AND a light meal, when with British i only received one full dinner and a morning snack."

In addition, boarding and de-boarding took a long time. we had to just stand and wait for both - for a much much longr time that normal. They were able to make up the time in the air, but it felt unusually long to both board and de-board."

I need an assistance to request for PRM ASSISTANCE for wheel chair, I don't believe that he don't speak English at all, Why would he be in that position. It should have bilingual person. I'm sure whether he pretend too I have walk back & forth to get help for information to have it translate to Spanish. All He does is make priority to all local people, it took one hour to get the wheel chair & then by transfer to intl national airport by bus took another hour, we check in @ 8:30AM by the time we get into the terminal was 12:30PM the flight leave 2 12:45PM. What a service. I will never ever flight with Iberia Airline. What a BAD service. Communication by itself is very very bad, the airline crew hardly can speak English. We have 6 people. We will definitely not recommend Iberia Airline. Thank you."

I was suppose to land in BJX At 6am on Friday April 28th for a family emergency and now my next flight isn't till 1pm! This is the worst flight experience I have ever had in my life. Never in my life will I ever fly with united again. My plans got ruined, I was forced to sleep on the cold dirty floor of LAX. This cost me a lot of time and money, and I am upset about it. I will tell all my peers about this horrible experience and encourage them to never fly with united ever again. I do expect some sort of compensation over this horrible experience."

Points négatifs : "The flight was delayed 3 hours but then the plane broke and I had to wait another hour. I know stuff happens but god willing I made it home, after taking nearly 12 hours to get from Atlanta to LA, this experience has made me rethink flying with united airlines."

Trying to bend down to loosen my shoelaces, it was barely possible, and tying shoes,on landing was impossible... No room to lean forward to reach down to get to the shoes. Not the most cramped flight I've had (that record was in a CASA124 from Friendly Island Airway from PPG to Vava'u, Tonga) While I attempted to sleep, my partner was interested in the entertainment, but was shocked to find it was all watch for $$$. Perhaps we are so used to international carriers with free movies on demand, with a choice of 30-40"
