Points négatifs : Despite turning up early to check in, the check-in attendant messed up my boarding pass and asked me to wait on the side. When I finally got my boarding pass I didn't realize I would be stuck next to the bathroom for 11h15min on a non reclinable seat.
Points positifs : The crew are very good at what they do, are polite and helpful. The space is average but you can fully lift the arm chair should you like to sit with feet tucked as I do. There's no foof or frills but leaps ahead of United or American and even delta. And very importantly there is no feeling of being nicked and toned at every possible moment. With XL airways what you see is what you get, but if a surprise is to occur; chances are it's for the better. I should not fail to give a big thank you to the check in staff, they too were wonderful, and the free check in and carry on too; wonderful!

The service was average. The seats are extremely small and uncomfortable. I will not fly Norwegian Air again.
