Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

At the gate we were asked to check in the other carry on bag which we bought right before the trip making sure it fit the new small size req. Still that was put into check-in. We ended up with no carry on luggages with us boarded. Only to find quite a lot of bags that are much bigger than ours were allowed to be in the cabin."

Points négatifs : "First, I had issues with checking into my flight online, which lead to me having to print my boarding pass at the airport. Since I had a separate flight with Eurowings that sent me from Munich to Paris, which was not connected with this flight, I came in directly into the airport and no where near a Kiosk to check in or print out my ticket/boarding pass. I explained to numerous employees my situation and they casually exclaimed I should be able to make it in. Once I got into the airport I could barely get through security since I did not have my boarding pass. I kept explaining I don't have a boarding pass because I could not check into my flight to obtain it. Then when they finally let me through with only 10 minutes to spare before my flight's gate would close, I finally reached the boarding desk only to be told I had to wait because out of the two men who were scanning boarding passes, they were too busy to help me. I then had to explain three times that I had already paid for and booked my flight, however, I could not check in online and was having an issue with an error that stated I was missing information, even though there was nothing marked in red or anything marked to edit, so each time I tried it denied me. I also tried calling for customer support and did not get a hold of anyone because the lines were too busy. After explaining all of this to the man at boarding, he made me wait an additional 5 minutes before helping me check into the flight and print out my boarding pass. I was treated like a stand-by customer and I did not appreciate it since I paid for this flight and tried to check in 24 hours prior. I was expecting much more from Lufthansa, as my boyfriend recommended this flight company to me, but I was extremely disappointed in so many ways it makes me question whether I want to fly this airline again for future trips abroad."

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and all just save a couple hundred dollars. Not worth the hassle! I’m still trying to get in touch with them to ask about my baggage but they’re unreachable."

Airport personnel did an okay job maintaining order with the extremely slow line. Security/TSA was typical for JFK - rude barking of orders, barely comprehensible even for me (a native New Yorker). No signs telling people to take out laptops or remove shoes. Staff joke among themselves while treating passengers rudely. It's an embarrassment to me as an American. I don't know why they can't fix this pathetic state of affairs. Other airports do it much more efficiently and politely."

We also were at a gate where another flight ahead of us was still boarding (to London) so I think that made people more anxious and frustrated. When we finally passed through the gate and boarded a transport bus, the bus only took us a few feet away to the next gate, and they had us climb up a set of stairs up to the entry way from where our original gate number was located. Why even bother changing the gate then!"

Points négatifs : "Announcements from flight deck in English very hard to impossible to understand. Most passengers are Russian. There are some differences in culture and etiquette that exist and you can either deal with them or you can't. Their norm is to be willing to stand in long lines. Personal space may be less than what we are accustomed to in US. The airline staff usually have some English but are not interested in having a discussion with you, just a couple of words. Food: passable, no more. Lady sitting next to me opened up a paper then plastic wrap, placed 2 smoked fish on a stack of napkins then proceeded to dismantle it with her fingers and eat it. It was smelly and disgusting. I commented to a flight attending that I found this impolite to inflict on other passengers - nothing was done - she didn't say a word to the passenger. I don't want to rule others but when I pay money, I don't feel that I should have no say. I might do it again but the cost difference would really have to make it worthwhile."

Et je ne serai pas surpris qu’il ait été balancé sauvagement comme j’ai déjà pu le voir à plusieurs reprises sur le tarmac, ou écrasé par un poids anormal sous le volume d’autres bagages … Et vu comment j’ai retrouvé mon sac comprimé, ainsi que tout le matériel qu’il y avait à l’intérieur, malgré pourtant le fait qu’il y ait des auto-collants FRAGILE collés dessus ! Je constate que j’ai eu beaucoup de chances de n’avoir « que » cet objectif de cassé en deux !!! … Mais le service de réclamation d’Air France n’a rien voulu savoir, me disant que mon sac de transport, lui n’était pas endommagé … La prochaine fois, je devrai donc mettre un coup de surin sur mon bagage, afin que cette entreprise prenne en charge ses déboires et ses responsabilités ! D’autant plus, que lorsqu’il y a une grève quelconque, que je rate ma correspondance et que j’arrive sur mon lieu de tournage avec 24h de retard, voir plus … En perdant ainsi une journée de travail, et en plantant toute l’organisation qui a été mise en place, Air France ne me dédommage non plus jamais de rien !!! … Au travers de mon métier de journaliste, je n’oublierai donc pas de signaler ces nombreux et désagréables incidents à mes comparses, ni de les écrire à l’occasion d’un article de presse … Car après avoir vécu autant de désagréments sur plus de 25 années de voyages, sans nul doute dû au manque de compétence du personnel d’Air France, car il faut préciser que ces déconvenues eurent lieu à 90% lors de trajets effectués avec cette compagnie nationale … Je peux affirmer qu’à l’instar de ce pays en déroute, la compagnie Air France ne fait plus rêver grand monde à travers la planète …"

The signs for the 1st class , bathroom should not be visible from the economy class seats because it confuses passengers, in the economy class, some of the passengers were sent back and not allowed to use the bathroom."
