When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

We were faced with cancelled reservations when boarding in Charles De Gaulle. The staff at the desk were amazing and retrieved our reservations and obtained seats for us all the way through Buenos Aires. We are so thankful for the dedication of the staff at the check-in desk and will always consider Lufthansa first when flying worldwide.
I will never use kayak again. Their confirmation numbers are useless to the airlines. They cannot represent the airline. I was blocked from getting a seat assignment when I booked the flight. Their service is useless. I will also never book a flight serviced by another airline. Confirmation numbers are unique to each airline. The only one that matters is the one assigned by the airline servicing the flight. In my experience, Kayak doesn’t exist. It was just a front. I was forced to deal with a company called Chat Deal. Never heard of them. Never want to deal with them again. Awful.
Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.
Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.
La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros
Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures
Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Flight was a code share of Lufthansa. Check-in, baggage drop, and flight was all with Lufthansa. Other than the flight being 30 min. delayed, it was pretty much a standard Lufthansa flight. They only offer a free water and chocolate; all other drinks and food are a la carte.
Business class is the worst business class I have ever seen. It’s worse than some American Airlines domestic coach class seats.

Croatian Airlines is operated like a budget airline (EasyJet, WizzAir) but they charge customers the same as a British Airways flight. Poor."

So finally they booked us a flight next day in evening we didn’t received any vouchers or hotel room from the airline and nobody had a answer on why was flight cancelled. I had to pay for all my hotel stay and travels from airport to hotel."

Points négatifs : "Our flight from Venice to Dubrovnik was delayed by two hours. During that time, no updates were given to the passengers waiting, the airport monitors continued to show the original departure time. Eventually the monitors showed a later departure time (which we still didn't make), but continued to show the same arrival time at the other end. If taken literally, it implied flying at the speed of light. I understand that flights can be delayed, I just want good communication about the status, which was not given."

Points négatifs : "Our flight to Dubrovnik was diverted to Split due to weather. That's fine, not in control of the airline, but how they handled the situation was miserable. First of all, nearly half of the luggage for the plane was left in Venice. This is a tiny plane with less than 100 people. It's not that difficult to recognize when there is luggage missing. Then, upon arriving and recognizing the luggage wasn't there, we were basically told, "don't worry about it." What? I'm 6,000 miles from home with no clothes and they don't even know where the luggage is at that time! The airline coordinated a bus to Dubrovnik from Split. It's about a 3.5 hour drive and left around midnight. No consideration of how some people might not be able to check into lodging at that time, no compensation for a hotel for the night, and they barely gave us any time to figure out what was happening to make sure getting on the bus was the right decision. The bus driver tried to leave without two of our party because they were *taking too long at the lost luggage desk to report the luggage the airline lost* ! I had to stand in the doorway of the bus to keep him there. The day after finally getting to our destination, I tried to call customer service to check on the luggage situation. THREE times I was asked to hold while they got someone else and was immediately hung up on. I only finally received contact from someone by email two days later. The airline did deliver the luggage to the hotel, finally, but they delivered it to the WRONG hotel and I had to Uber there and back to get it. All-in-all a 1.5 hour cheap flight turned into a 7 hour travel day and cost hundreds of euros more than it was supposed to. Horrible experience."

I realize this was the fault of numerous airport employees who were ill-informed and not Croatian Airlines fault but it was a problem since we arrived two hours early ready for lunch and were unable to get anything to eat until we arrived in Dubrovnik.
