I think it would be great if Istanbul airways cooperated with the Yotel so transit passengers could stay in the airport. They helped me to get a visa and they say it will be reimbursed, but all of those things took time when I was so exhausted after a long flight. Overall, it was wonderful to have that opportunity to rest and shower on a long wait, but it would be even better if it was closer and it was clear ahead of time that a visa would be needed."

Points négatifs : "Turkish Airlines does not communicate with its passengers. If the flight is late (as both of ours were), you wait with no information as to when the flight leaves. The same lack of communication occurs once you on board. I joked to my wife that the cargo on a Fed-Ex flight is given more information. Arrived in Istanbul with a very tight connection. Airplane was not given a gate so we needed to take a bus to terminal. The bus dropped us just about as far from our connecting gate as possible. Since it took four buses to transport passengers, one could have been designated for US bound transfer passengers (who were all leaving from same group of gates) and taken us directly there."

I didn't like their (Turkish Business lounge)policy for not letting me have the room to sleep as the layover was more than 7hrs. I was told to ask for a hotel at reception. When i did, they said that they dont have any hotel inside and cant take me to ourside hotel too. The staff at reception of lounge was not courteous either. I only needed the room to sleep for 3 or 4 hrs. Anyway, the flight itself was great, no complaints"

The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. I booked this flight from Tel Aviv to London with 60min.layover in Warsaw, the schedule LOT offered. .The first leg to Warsaw was 30min. late without any announcement and no one mentioned about how it would affected connecting flights. So I asked the flight attendent before lading in Warsaw and she suggested to run throught the security. We thought we might have a chance as we were sitting close to the front rows. Nah, not so fast. It turned out that's not as rsimple as unning between the gates, everyone had to be shuttled to the main terminal and only the business class got a small van and went first, abd we were not allowed on that van even I told the guy we needed to catch the flight. Long story short, we finally made to the gate, Thanks to a LOT personnel pushed us to the front of security check and informed the gate we were coming. We literally RAN after the security to the gate. They reopened the gate to let us in and the aircraft pushed away right after we got on. The luggage, with that tight schedule, of course they would not be able to make the swich to London. So we had nothing except the cloth from Tel Aviv, its about 15C in tempture, we were freezing. Waiting for our luggage to be delivered to our hotel for warm clothes before we can go out"

After they told us they did not have this item, another passenger from Russia sitting in 3A started complaining and they miraculously found the pancakes for this passenger. this leaves a bad impression about the service and not what you expect when you buy a business class ticket."

LOT was clearly understaffed to check in passengers on a small Boeing 737 plane used for the flight. Flight's takeoff was eventually 1 hour 45 minutes late, so did LOT understaff the check-in process knowing that the plane's departure was going to be late? I paid a premium to fly LOT and assumed that would avoid the consistently terrible Easyjet/Ryan Air check-in and boarding process. No such luck. It was a truly horrible. Next time I'll just fly Easyjet or Ryan Air. At least. I'll know whatï to expect evo, s"

Points positifs : "When we got to the airport on the way back home, they couldn't find our tickets. I had online tickets and confirmation, but we were still not on the flight list. We had to go to the ticket counter for them to clear it up and put us back on the flight. The flight itself was not bad. The flight attendants are a bit rude and condescending. The seats and entertainment was not bad."

Cancelled our outgoing flight hours before it was set to leave; notified us via email; barely got re-booked via different airlines and had to take 3 different flights to reach out destination; missed the 2nd flight because LOT put us on a flight that was departing 30 minutes before out 1st flight arrived. 2. When we got another 2nd flight, we arrived at our final destination without our bags. LOT assured us that our bags were on our flight before we boarded but calling and confirming that they were able to transfer our bags (only had 40 minutes between flights), but of course, it was a complete lie. We did not get our bag until the next day in the evening over 24 hours later. At that point I was happy they found them and gave them to us. 3. Turns out, they cancel flights pretty often and they also book people on transfer flights that are too close for people to make it. We traveled with a handful of other passengers that had the same experience and people were in tears about their horrible travel experience. 4. Warsaw Airport - they only have 5 passport control officers clearing travelers and because they don;t have lines or any type of organization of these travelers, the lines our out of control. People are pushing each other, crying because they are missing flights or not feeling well because of no air and all the pushing and shoving. I was pregnant standing in the line for over 40 minutes. They would not let pregnant passengers or passengers with kids with them pass in their disabled line. Only people in the wheelchairs were allowed to pass there. Horrible airport and even more horrible airline! PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND DO NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION."
