We had arrived to destination in somehow safe condition

- Will charge you for anything... extra kg (or less) - charge! Water for 5 hours flight? - Charge! - They ruined my suitcase and won't pay for it - Drunk people making mess on the plane and throw-up on your cloths? Your problem. To conclude, flight with many low cost, but never had that bad experience before.

Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch.

It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced.

I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs.

This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!

Food was abundant and pretty good. I paid $91.95 US (think it was 75 euro) for the exit row and felt this was money well spent.

They charged me $90 for my luggage. Several weeks or perhaps even months after I booked, I received an e-mail saying I had booked Super Cheap Economy or some such. It had a link to pay for 'additional services' but not luggage. At the time of booking, I checked and the price given was $35. So, I have protested the additional $55 with my CC company and will see what happens. BTW the luggage was not overweight. They turned off all the lights, including my personal reading lamp, so I could not read and had to just sit there doing nothing. That really blew big chunks. I only got two small glasses of wine.

The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful.

It was fine, on time. I didn't have a checked bag or I would have waited in line at check-in for at least 30-45 minutes. Online check-in was relatively easy and digital boarding pass was convenient.

Seats are small, if you need to check a bag it will take forever. The underseat area is much.smaller than other airlines. The flight was very delayed because of some discrepancy regarding the number of passengers. Nothing seemed to be wrong but it took forever!

Uma antiga queixa minha era o tratamento dispensado pela tripulação da TAP aos passageiros. Muitas vezes faziam o seu serviço sem paciência e até mesmo de forma rude. Nos meus últimos 3 vôos pela TAP, a tripulação vem se mostrando muito mais cordial e até mesmo divertida, sendo bastante simpática. Ainda pode melhorar? Claro que sim, mas agora não tenho mais "medo" de pedir um copo d'água a mais para os comissários.

Sei que a tendência dos vôos low cost é não oferecer muito conforto aos passageiros, mas o espaço entre as cadeiras está ridículo até mesmo para pessoas com estatura mediana como eu (1,80 m). A poltrona, apesar de não reclinar, era até confortável, mas os meu joelhos ficaram espremidos pela poltrona da frente. Sem contar que, para um vôo de 3h, deveria ser disponibilizado algum entretenimento, mesmo que através do wifi (como já fazem as cias. brasileiras - se no Brasil já fazem, qualquer país do mundo é capaz de fazer!)

We were given no information will be kept in the quiet until the last minute we were then told and flight was delayed then we were told our flight was cancelled we were taken to a hotel where we were fed but we’re not allowed any drinks most of us returning from holiday had no spare money so we had nothing to buy anything with we were told we would have breakfast and refreshments in the morning but we didn’t get anything we will put on a flight at 6 AM where we presumed we were going to London and ended up in France where we were made to get off the plane for a period of 15 minutes without luggage made to go through security being told we were allowed refreshments and we were taken straight back onto the plane with no food or water from 8 o’clock the previous night if anybody is reading this avoid and Arabia Maroc like the plague

Air Arabia no rock did not keep as informed did not treat us with respect did not treaters in accordance with any human rights leaving is from 8 PM without food or water till 6 PM the following day when we actually got to London I think it was out rages disgusting and totally on necessary

This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!

Food was abundant and pretty good. I paid $91.95 US (think it was 75 euro) for the exit row and felt this was money well spent.

They charged me $90 for my luggage. Several weeks or perhaps even months after I booked, I received an e-mail saying I had booked Super Cheap Economy or some such. It had a link to pay for 'additional services' but not luggage. At the time of booking, I checked and the price given was $35. So, I have protested the additional $55 with my CC company and will see what happens. BTW the luggage was not overweight. They turned off all the lights, including my personal reading lamp, so I could not read and had to just sit there doing nothing. That really blew big chunks. I only got two small glasses of wine.

Nothing

They gave someone else seats I had reserved for 6 months and that I had paid extra for. I will take that up with the company forewidth

We were given no information will be kept in the quiet until the last minute we were then told and flight was delayed then we were told our flight was cancelled we were taken to a hotel where we were fed but we’re not allowed any drinks most of us returning from holiday had no spare money so we had nothing to buy anything with we were told we would have breakfast and refreshments in the morning but we didn’t get anything we will put on a flight at 6 AM where we presumed we were going to London and ended up in France where we were made to get off the plane for a period of 15 minutes without luggage made to go through security being told we were allowed refreshments and we were taken straight back onto the plane with no food or water from 8 o’clock the previous night if anybody is reading this avoid and Arabia Maroc like the plague

Air Arabia no rock did not keep as informed did not treat us with respect did not treaters in accordance with any human rights leaving is from 8 PM without food or water till 6 PM the following day when we actually got to London I think it was out rages disgusting and totally on necessary

I had to pay for my luggage 285 dollars and it was more than what I spend on souvenirs. They had no compassion.
