The truth is that Air Asia prefers to sell those seats instead of making sure that you would be comfortable with a baby boarding."

We asked for a beer when the first drink service came around and were told only juice or water was available, while the next row of seats were served multiple beers without issue. After the service was over we rang the attendant button, it was immediately shut off and no one came to assist us. Rows ahead and behind us ran an attendant and were served. We asked again for a beer and were told they didn’t have it (these were all by the same attendant that was serving our area, who was liberally serving others in our area) We eventually got up to and went to the service station, where 5-7 other passengers were standing, helping themselves to beers in the carts and pouring themselves wine while flight attendants stood there chatting with them and continuing to ignore us. Eventually we were able to get ones attention and were able to secure two beers, after being told Mulltuple times that they didn’t have them, while other passengers were being served multiple at a time, or helping themselves to the beverage carts in the service areas. Staff was unprofessional and the entire flight was a battle for service. I have flown many 12+ hour flights and never had any stress or issues whatsoever, this was a new and frankly terrible experience. I am wishing my flight home was not with this airline, as I am afraid of a repeat."

Also some flights did not have individual entertainment systems. Finally the business class lounge in Beijing was the worst Ive ever seen. The food was basically instant noodles and small pastries. Then when we went to the Air China counter to get our boarding passes, the ticket on the new itinerary did not exist. So I ended up spending an hour on the phone (incurring a large international phone cost) in order to get on a plane. Our layover in Beijing was 10 hours on the new itinerary, which was terrible especially since we had great difficulty finding anything vegetarian in Beijing (ultimately just ate a bunch of croissants as a full meal). The food quality on the flights themselves were not great, but that is minor compared to how poor the rest of the experience was."

I came to know this when my Air China flight from Sydney to Chengdu have been cancelled on 16th of November 2017 at 21:40 pm. I had to reach my destination on time by 17th of November 2017 to attend my marriage ceremony but unfortunately i missed and had to bear a great loss. THEREFORE, I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A COMPENSATION AND REFUND FOR MY FLIGHT."

If you are not vegetarian or find out how to put your name on a special request sheet it should go smooth."

And asked for no meat during meals provided. They didn't have my name in a special request list. The crew member did know how I would be asked to be put on the list and was rude when I told her I was a vegetarian even when I informed multiple crew members during my boarding since I had an issue the previous flight. The crew members in that flight were very rude even when I told them during boarding and a crew member came across with the special request sheet. Still no one could tell me how to put my name down as a special request to avoid any further confusion"
