Points négatifs : The boarding and bad experience at the departing gate was unprecedented!!! I am a gold & platinum traveler, due to millions of mileage flown for over 40 years. This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!

Points négatifs : La climatisation était trop forte et l’avion ressemblait à un frigo. En dépit de nos demandes d’augmenration de la température en cabine et d’avoir au moins une couverture la température a été maintenue froide. Mon mari et moi somme devenus malades et avons attrappé froid. La seule récompense à laquelle ont a eu droit était un thé chaud gratuit.

Points négatifs : Volotea is a low cost airline that charges for early seat assignments, printing boarding passes, luggage and drinks on the flight. There is a service charge added to everything. It isn't as low cost as it initial appears. Beware

Points négatifs : When i read the baggage rate, its only 20 euro, when i got there its 40 euro the lady told me its cheaper on line cuz i was there 6 hours early. I didnt know that i have to buy the baggage ahead of time. It would be nice if its highlighted in red when i bought the tix. Also i had to pay extra 30 euro bec i didnt chk in on line, seriously? What is the point of having a chk un counter? Also i was told to come back 2 hours before my flight . As i said i was there 6 hours eatly, when i came back the chk in on line is already closed. Im sure its a common problem , a lot if ppl paid extra and were complaining, they could have told us or have a sign there. Dont u think 30 euro is a lot to pay for not chking in? Is it only in europe? Its better when we book that ppl shld be warn of the pronlem, i paid extra 210 euro bec there are 3 of us plus the internet there suck at the airport , if you get in on the internet in 2 mins you are out or cant get in gor hours

Points positifs : Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch.

Points négatifs : It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced.

Points négatifs : I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs.

Points positifs : The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low.

Points négatifs : The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part.

Points négatifs : Transavia est une honte, c'est un low-cost certe, mais il n'empêche j'ai souvent des problèmes avec eux et je voyage beaucoup. Arrivé a l'heure pour l'enregistrement, il y a eu une alerte au colis suspect, la zone est donc évacuée. Une fois le problème levé, l'enregistrement n'est plus possible car Transavia a envoyé le vol laissant tout les passagers restant sur le carreau. La solution proposé par Transavia, "racheté un billet"! Merci Transavia! pour moi c'est fini, une compagnie qui réduit les couts je peux comprendre, une compagnie qui n'aide pas ses clients est une honte, surtout en rejetant la faute sur vous. Le service client est uniquement la pour s'excuser, c'est bien les excuses, ca coute pas chère, mais les solutions elles vous pouvez toujours courir. Une honte.

Points négatifs : Unfriendly check in agent and having to pay for everything including being able to sit next to my husband makes it not worth their "affordable" fares. Note: print out your boarding card and check in prior to arriving to airport, otherwise it's an additional $40/pp.

Points négatifs : Volotea is a low cost airline that charges for early seat assignments, printing boarding passes, luggage and drinks on the flight. There is a service charge added to everything. It isn't as low cost as it initial appears. Beware

Points négatifs : Scheduled departure time was 4:00 p.m., but we did not leave until 11:00 p.m. due to a problem with the fuel level indicator. We were kept in the departure gate for 7 hours without a proper explanation in English. When they finally realized they could not repair the plane, they put everyone on another plane. We were given a voucher to use at the snack counter for 10 euros per person, but when we got to the counter there was no food or wine left. Imagine, running out of wine in France! I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours.

Points négatifs : Not even complimentary tap water offered. Horrific boarding method and rude staff shouting at people who were waiting patiently. Very likely they will take your carryon even if you comply with requirements, but after you go through the process of security, which is irritating. If they need space they should offer upon check in.

Apparently a common issue according to the police so I would think the airline would have standard procedures in place for these circumstance.
