My connecting International was Qatar and allowing 15kg Carry, Vistara allowed 12.5kg only and made me throw 1 KG plus from my checkin too. Ordered Veg And Available option was Hyd Biryani and got some lemon rice with bad curry and dal.
Vistara had wrong information about the required pcr test I needed to transit Dubai. This cost me much stress and $40. Other than that, great experience on both airlines.
On landing, we had to wait for the bus while most of the aerobridges were empty. Bad experience
Make seat comfortable in premium economy ,food better!
Cabin temperature was too low and uncomfortable
The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.
Pathetic ground staff and customer care. I paid for an upgrade 3 weeks before the journey, and I was downgraded with no reason.
No Food, No beverages, only water, and there is no information about this sudden change
Comfort and safety. At least packaged food could be served to Business Class passengers.
Surprisingly pleasant experience despite Covid-19 times. Food was too good!

I was asked to wait for almost an hour and a half to get my documents cleared for my travel to dubai. After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

All Indian airlines are super cheap and low quality--with Vistara at least I did not get pushed around during boarding and getting-off. Traveling by air in India in economy class is like traveling in a greyhound bus. If you are from the US and 30+ year old avoid the Economy class."

Points négatifs : "We had checked in on line prior to arriving the airport. Due to some( political ) road blockage, we arrived late at the airport and we were not given boarding pass. The gate was open for more than 1 hour after we reached the airport. We were not issued new tickets and not refunded. The staff was not helpful at all. AS we say Customer should be always first. Anyway we missed flight from Delhi to Amritsar. We bought new one way ticket from the airport that evening. We were 5 adults and one baby visiting Golden temple from USA."
