So congratulations on good food! I just have one suggestion about the food: Just because someone is vegetarian, it doesn't mean that they don't want dessert! I notice that where others have chocolate pudding, for example, I get fruit. I like fruit... but a piece of cake or some other sweet is good too!"

People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

All infos are in Turkish, it should be easier to change language from the main page. Water on board 2 and Coffee 3 euros. At the end, the price ended as expensive as a direct flight and good service from any airline."

Points négatifs : "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."

Points négatifs : "A week before my flight, the flight changed and I was emailed. It had me arriving in Istanbul 2 hours later. They essentially changed my flight to another flight. And then Pegasus Plus frequent flyer never recognizes my PNR number when I try to get credit for my flights. I have flown 6 segments with them and none of the flights are recognized. When I try to do live chat, it only accept Turkish language. I am very disappointed in this airline's pre and post flight services."

Points négatifs : "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."

Had to remain inside departure terminal by gate for 18 hours. Ended up rebooking flight with another airline and delaying my arrival into Turkey by two days."

I was a little overweight and the girl at the counter was very rude, and eventually made me through away snacks I was keeping for the flight. Also, the weight limit is ridiculous if you're travelling for more than a weekend (I went on a 3 weeks trip with camping). On the flight itself there's nothing provided, even when I asked for water they charged me for it (no option for just a glass of water)."

Points positifs : "We checked our bags in Madrid. They approved our carry-on and we flew out no problem. Arrive in Turkey to switch planes, they started to pull all the American and Canadian passport holders to the side and they pilled out a pocket luggage scale that we all know was inaccurate or rigged. They ripped off our approved tags fro Madrid and told us that our bags were overweight.... we had a small backpack for me and my wife had her purse. They weighed them and told us if we didn't pay 150euros, we could not board the plane. - yes, they said the purse was overweight. We talked them down to 70euros. When we finally got on the plane and talked with other passengers we found out we were lucky, one family had to pay 1400 euros and another paid 300 euros. We also left a Canadian lady behind because they would not accept American Express."
Points négatifs : "They are a fraudulent company. Almost all international flights that I know allow 50lbs per checked bag. Pegasus knows this, so when you fly in to Europe and use one of their planes to get to your final destination, they only allow 44lbs, so you have to pay a penalty to get through. Terrible."
