At least 95% of the passengers were Chinese. Why does that matter? U.S. customer service is entirely absent. That means, things that you take for granted, like selecting your seat and getting your boarding pass on-line, is unavailable. Their website, such is it is, simply is not developed to the levels one would expect. We were unable to select our seats, get seats together, check on the status of the flight, check-in on-line, or get a boarding pass in advance. We essentially paid huge $$$ to a company then crossed our fingers that our reservation would be honored when we got to the airport. VERY STRESSFUL"

This is evidenced by the manner in which the restrooms were used (disgusting after 1 hour of a 14 hr. flight) AND how they literally "attack" the food / beverages. Obviously it is a Chinese airline so best to accept this behavior and deal with it! You have been warned!"

Points négatifs : "I had a 13 hour layover in Guangzhou and was told a voucher was offered for a hotel and a meal. I figured with this layover I could possibly see the city while I waited but a damper was put in those plans. It took me 3 hours to figure out how to acquire the voucher due to not having any assistance from the staff or them not speaking English. The airline basically chose the hotel for me because it would have been another hour wait if I decided to change the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel I met another passenger that had been in the city for 2 days back and forth to the airport because her connecting flight was late to Guangzhou and the airline had no space on the other flights. The wifi connection at the airport was poor and I was unable to use the food voucher at the time I arrived as it could only be used for breakfast. Their is no wifi offered on flight and the food was okay."

If you are not vegetarian or find out how to put your name on a special request sheet it should go smooth."

And asked for no meat during meals provided. They didn't have my name in a special request list. The crew member did know how I would be asked to be put on the list and was rude when I told her I was a vegetarian even when I informed multiple crew members during my boarding since I had an issue the previous flight. The crew members in that flight were very rude even when I told them during boarding and a crew member came across with the special request sheet. Still no one could tell me how to put my name down as a special request to avoid any further confusion"
