They supply earbuds, socks, toothbrush and paste."

The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

They yell at you or just simply ignore you. No legroom. The crew did not mention that are flight was delayed prior or that we missed our connecting flight and what to do from there. I was given a hotel room during my layover but its in a scary neighborhood and it smells like sewage is nearby. The Grand Yavaz. The cheaper price is not worth the hassle. I can spend my good money elsewhere...i will be sure to warn others."

And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Points négatifs : "This flight was about 4.5 hours delayed in its departure. The airline boarded us and then discovered something wrong that required repair. The repair needed the A/C to be turned off... and took 4.5 hours. We were not allowed to get down. The plane became very hot. We were served a (not very tasty) meal while still on the tarmac. The crew opened the emergency doors to get us some air (which was appreciated but probably wasn't safe; they should have gotten us off the plane). After this, the crew failed to replenish and clean the lavatories throughout the flight; they were consistently out of toilet paper, etc. Extremely unpleasant experience."
