Points négatifs : "What a mess!A woman was changing her baby's diaper by the food service area. A group of passagers lyed their babies on the floor to sleep and floor was full of food crumbs. Flight attendant were incapable of keeping passangers undercontrol. Food service was so poor. Going abroad they run out of fish almost after serving 50 passangers and we had no other options but pasta with cheese sauce. Attitude was 'you either eat or don't'. This has happaned twice flying out of US. Flight attendant said 'fish wasn't good anyways and food is much better on return flights'. On my return flight they once again run out the dinner with meat and I was served this time eggplant with rice. They served all the passangers but five row back from the exit doors and few row below from the restrooms received service 30-40min later. Others has already ate and their trays were taken away. By the time they served us my food was cold. Two scoup of rice on the plate was raw and the bread was stale. When I told the flight attendant she said 'she will let her supervisor know' but no body came to talk to me nor offered anything else to eat. Altough I have seen one passenger who got upset been served rice with eggplant received a service later with chicken which wasn't in the menu. Another passanger received two menus at once. Flight attandants are incompetant"

Turkish airlines put us crammed in a window and middle seat for a 9 hour flight. It was absolutely un-doable. Everyone around us realized this and tried to help as we asked the flight attendant to help us and she said that I should ask other people to move around not her. We had to go around the plane begging people who were sitting with a bassinet and no baby to trade seats with us. It was an absolutely horrible experience. It was the airline's mistake, and we were the ones forced to try to fix it. Yes, we got a bassinet eventually, but not before we saw how mean and selfish other passengers could be pretending not to hear us and ignoring us. And no help from the crew."

The contact number that O’Hare had was a disconnected Verizon number, which was the same number listed on their website. I had to call the international number where I was told I was rebooked on United with 2 layovers instead of one. I also lost my business class upgrade and was told there was nothing they could do about it."

It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

I asked the male flight attendant about changing airplanes, said our new gate was right next to our arriving gate. He said no problem. He failed to mention we had to go through customs and security again, and walk almost a Kilometer in the process. Fortunately they held the Amsterdam plane because many passengers would have missed it. I did not appreciate the lack of information from the flight attendant, however holding the plane was a godsend."

Points négatifs : "First I lost my United Airlines flight because of security reasons. I checked in Guatemala but I was delayed at the Airport's security too long, it was beyond my control. Consequently I got to the boarding gate right when they were closing. Consequently I lost all my connections from then on. The United Airlines was very empathizing with me and my situation and they issued me other boarding passes at no cost. United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."

It would make more sense to have people board from the back during this time so that people don't block aisles and it makes arranging overhead baggage a bit easier."

I was charged another $320 and I am disgusted with their business practices which revolve around, deceit, lies andl I would even say fraud! There were many others complaining about the SAS Go luggage issue and then having to pay again. I could have gone with Ryan Air for a fraction of the cost."

I barely made the flight. I am also still waiting on United Airlines to find my luggage, they are supposed to call me and drop off my luggage."

I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."

There was no way to use the Wifi while flying in route to LAX. No TV's or anything and when we landed, we had to wait on the plane for 35 minutes before the buses showed up. I happy happy we landed safely. The crew was pleasant, but I want a refund for the return portion of my flight and for the upgrades I paid for in advance."

They want to charge you for headphones so I brought my own. They play a snack bar promo on the screen before every show, so I just unplug through it. The video and audio quality is pretty good."
Points négatifs : "You do not even get one checked bag free, it will cost you plenty. They changed our flight's boarding gate but took far too long before letting anybody know. The sign at the gate said departure would be on time but it was actually very late, and they never updated the departure time, they kept us standing in a crowd, shoulder to shoulder like cattle. There was a huge line waiting for hours in the overheated departure gate, everybody soaked in sweat. Only enough chairs for a couple dozen people, old folks fading. On board they ignore you completely, as though you were invisible, unless you have pre-ordered a meal. Press the button for an attendant, none will come. No drinking water available unless you go to the back and ask for it. If you ask a flight attendant for water she will tell you to wait for the cart, then ask again, but to the cart pushers you are invisible unless you have one of their meal boxes on your tray table. Extremely uncomfortable, very narrow seats. You have to pay extra for a pillow or a blanket. This is an airline for masochists who are happy to choose misery in order to save a few bucks. Now I know."

Compensation avec un bon de 12$ pour manger dans l’aeroport , quand on doit repayer pratiquement 1000€ de billets derrière a cause d’eux , c’est maigre . I am done, done, done with Norwegian airlines."

Also for long haul flights they should provide as much water as you need and not be forced to buy water - it is a necessity for good health and not getting dehydrated!"

Wer very upset and we need to speak to management. Non of this was our fault."
