Can't be single line for all passengers which creates chaos (people stand in 1 queue for almost an hour to board) 3. Points négatifs : We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre.
Points positifs : The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

Points négatifs : BA business class is getting tired and very odd configuration. Ran out of choices for food and breakfast looked like there was not enough to go round. Overnight flight, but food not served for about hour and half, and breakfast served 2 hours before landing.

Points négatifs : Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct.
Points positifs : Their boarding process was smooth. The cabin crew was attentive. The plane wasn’t full and there were three of us sitting together that were rather large. The crew allowed us to go to an empty seat without someone next to it.
Points négatifs : The flight had small video screens but no place to plug in a headset so consequently o sound.

Points négatifs : I didn't realized we were on a code share flight from Seoul to Hanoi until we got to check in counter and they couldn't issue boarding pass even though it was a through check in for till Hanoi. In our booking itinerary it was printed as Korean air with a small print that said operated by jinair. It wasn't so bad but the hassle of going to another terminal to board and being in a smaller aircraft after a long flight wasn't the best.
Points positifs : Everything, from boarding to departure, the service is excellent! The staff was attentive and very welcoming. Spending a few hours reminded me why I fell in love with SK in the first place.
