The layover in Istanbul was pleasant (go to Staarbucks for free wifi). And I saved $500 over the price of other flights. I'd definitely take Turkish Airlines again, and maybe even arrange for a longer layover to be able to see Istanbul."

The seat pitch is very tight so when a passenger reclines into the next row the seatback nearly touches your face. The Dreamliner seats seem to be very hard and it's difficult to get comfortable."

I mean it's a four-hour flight; one might think that aside from Pringles and Kit-Kat bars some thought might have gone into the nutritional content of the "FOOD"!!! This was quite disappointing."

We had already left the gate and the plane was taxiing and some people were still not sitting in seats - I suppose that's fellow passengers for you - and they were told by flight attendants to get into their seats. Economy seats are very cramped so it's an uncomfortable and probably not healthy experience for that long. The flight delay meant that there was high stress in Warsaw to make the connecting flight. Why transit passengers need to be subjected to security checks and clearance I do not understand. We have just got off an international flight - transit passengers surely aren't combined with new passengers who have not been through security in Warsaw."

Points positifs : "LOT does great with boarding, food, and entertainment. The food is very tasty and plentiful. The boarding process is smooth and the people are very nice. And the selection of movies and TV is very broad, and the equipment works well."
Points négatifs : "The crew on the plane are short with passengers and don't seem to go out of their way to make passengers comfortable. This lack of effort stands out very much in the background of super-uncomfortable seats on Dreamliners. There is relatively much less space available for passengers between rows and between seats themselves. It makes long flights exceptionally painful, especially for people who are not extra small or young. I have gotten to the point that I choose to fly different airlines even if that means a bit more money and an extra stop because I cannot handle 8 or 9 hours on the Dreamliners, especially when the flights are full."

When I told the gentleman that I needed a vegetarian meal he said there were none available but he did his best to accommodate me with putting together bits and pieces of other meals. He did manage to find a vegetarian meal for me for breakfast."
Points négatifs : "I am a vegan. I thought they would have some vegetarian meals for dinner without me having to order them in advance. They should have more options than chicken or beef."

The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Horrible food, cannot even describe! No free alcohol. If you pay cash for the alcohol you end up paying double as if you pay with Credit card. I paid for 3 drinks, were brought only 2 and when I asked for the 3rd one they didn't understand what I want. Crew speaks only polish, they have little knowledge of English language. They are not helpful and they don't care about passengers! Delays on every flight, Friday LOT airline doesn't have to many flights out of Warsaw! Be aware, in the event of a delay and loosing your connecting flight you might end up spending a night in Warsaw. I WILL NEVER USE LOT AGAIN and I will make sure to spread the word!!!"
