But I've just sat down I don't need these two extra pieces of paper immediately. I sat on an aisle and must have been knocked 5-6 times by the carts. After I was bumped then I hear the 'excuse us, carts coming through'."

At $200 roundtrip, I was worried there were going to be a bunch of charges for things as well as delays. But low and behold, UNI/EVA seems to have figured out cheap tickets that run on schedule and includes all the normal perks like luggage. 1:50am flight is perfect, left Vietnam on time and even arrived in Taipei ahead of schedule! I would definitely fly them again."

Entertainment options were great (plenty of free TV, movies, games in the in-headrest system) as well as reasonably priced WiFi ($21.95 USD for 24 hours, which continues across multiple flights - downside is it's one login at a time, pricey if you have multi users). Food was hit or miss. Generally there was enough of it, but leaned toward Asian-style, which is not always appetizing to western palates (ex: seafood in tomato gelatin). Western options were generally available."

All of which were full flights. They did not provide food vouchers or hotel vouchers. We were told to leave the airport and come back tomorrow with no solution. We had to rush the office and force them to get us on on other airlines to finally get home. If that didn't happen we would have been stuck in the airport for 5 days."

La nourriture à bord est bonne, mais comme c’était bon, une portion un petit peu plus grande aurait été bienvenue.

Le voyage a été normal. Dommage retard au décollage qui aurait pu compromettre la connexion à Athènes..

Seats were good and just wish there was some in-flight entertainment."

I assumed that since I was entitled to one free piece of luggage from New York to Paris that I wouldn't have to pay any fees going from Paris to Athens. I ended up paying 240.00 euros to check in 4 suitcases! that's absurd!! In addition I couldn't check in online for this flight and therefore was not told via email that I could at least check in my bags via the internet for s reduced fee. This is a kayak issue. Otherwise Aegean was great."
Points négatifs : "With Kayak I booked Tel Aviv to Malta with 1 hour stop in Athens. The first flight was delayed by an hour hence making me lose my second flight. Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

In Europe, we are annoyances that depend on staff at the boarding gates to get on the plane, so power tripping and general disdain to customers beings confused are part of the game. I will try never to fly Austrian Airlines again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior toward families, mothers with children, senior citizens. I can almost see the smirks and annoyed and superior attitude of staff at the boarding gate when they had to deal with more passengers asking why boarding hasn't started half an hour ago when we were announced it would. No answers, just show me the passport and boarding pass, ok, please go back, we'll let you know, then ignore questions."

The United Airlines was very empathizing with me and my situation and they issued me other boarding passes at no cost. United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."
