Points négatifs : The airport departure noticeboard was a mess, giving confusing information about flights and gates, as well as information which contradicted what was on the boarding pass. Not just about my flight, but about several flights. The PA announcements didn't clarify, until the very last minute.

Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers.

Points négatifs : Same as ALWAYS - Beijing baggage pickup is an absolute joke. Takes forever and it is generally mayhem in the baggage hall. They really need to get ahold of this space and the behaviour of Chinese travelers.

Points positifs : The crew was amazing, there's one lady crew that's super friendly. Met great passengers too. Was seated at 71 F, the gentleman next to me was great Mr 71 G. Just wished was able to say goodbye to him. Fl EY455 9/3/19. He was heading for Beirut and me to LHR. JUST wish for an ETIHAD CONNECTION. Thanks.

Points négatifs : On a 14 hour flight, we got food right after take off and then nothing until 7 hours later. Bring snacks for long flights! Minimal movie and tv selection too

Points négatifs : My ticket from point a to point B presuming the entire flight would be on an airplane and I would end up on the destinations airport Wrong! Found out the last leg of the journey was by bus, ended up being dumped off in the middle of nowhere. No where near the airport

Points négatifs : I bought my seat assignment in advance, and they did not give me this seat on the plane. Before boarding, I asked at the gate if my new seat was a window--which is what I paid for--and they confirmed yes, my new seat was a window. Turns out, it was not, it was a middle seat. I asked a flight attendant to relocate me to a window seat, which she kindly did, however this seat was quite uncomfortable as I was seated next to a large gentleman who probably should have been required to purchase two seats. Overall, there were two issues with Qatar Airways during this trip: they did not give me the seat I had requested and paid for, and then lied when I asked if my new seat was a window.

Points positifs : Crew was great. They made up for mistakes in a positive and amenable way.

Points négatifs : Flight was late. There was no communication about it. The flight from Joburg to Doha was late, therefore I missed my connection. The delay was not officially communicated to any of the passengers — no announcements made, no representatives to talk to at the gate — until well past the time that we should have been in the air. It was distressing.

Points négatifs : Flight was delayed and there are redundant checks before entering to the gate. No internet service in the flight and was a very long flight (14 hrs)
