But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Le standard téléphonique n'a rien voulu savoir et nous a demandé 790 euros pour pouvoir changer le prénom sur le billet. Évidemment les prix volotea sont attractifs mais au moindre problème, des sommes exhorbitantes sont demandées. Résultat: ma mère a pris la voiture mais nous avons perdu 200 euros."
