Flight was on time, crew was friendly.
There are no blue US custom declaration forms on the flight anymore. Many people cannot access the automatic kiosks, and I wish we could still have access to the forms while on the plane. It is stressful to have to do it after landing, with no real place to write. The flights were both fine, but the layover in DFW was a nightmare. Thankfully we landed 30 min early, but we only made our connection with a few minutes the spare. We ran through the airport, and had to ask many people if we could go ahead of them at the security. We didn't have time to use the bathroom and buy water/food. I understand this is not the airline's fault, but I would recommend extending the minimum connection time at this airport.
I am very disappointed that I was not sitting with my family. We did not pay to upgrade our seats and allowed AA to choose our seats. I am very surprised that they would not take families traveling together into consideration, especially when we booked all at the same time and far in advance. At the very least sit two together. My daughter sat between two straight, and was very uncomfortable. It made her ill. I will not fly long flights with American again.
Flight departed 3 hours late due to mechanical issues. We just sat in the plane while they slowly, extremely slowly, dealt with the problem. Caused me to miss my connection in Dallas, and now I have to stay overnight. American cattle car class seats are hard, small, a sorry sign of affairs for US-based airlines. Coach class used to be reasonable, but it is now just embarrassing.
The snacks and meals were decent, as far as plane food goes (although the “vegetables” with the chicken were pretty awful). Also the entertainment selection had a wide assortment of movies, but disappointing tv show selection.
The boarding process was a mess. Just a huddle of people, with no clear direction and no one enforcing lines or boarding groups. Also my husband and I weren’t seated together and when I tried to change it online, the entire flight showed as booked. However once on board there were clearly a number of empty seats.
I felt like the staff was always doing something. Drinks, then food, then more drinks, then even ice cream! I really enjoyed this flight.

American Airlines check in services at CDG were inadequate to demand. If a deal is done for British Airways flight coverage, additional check in agents are required.
I thought the staff were helpful and professional. I had enough legroom and there was room for my wedding dress to be hung, although it was slightly small.
There was a lot of turbulence but I know this is not the fault of the airline. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment was not working properly and this had to be reset on request. There were no wet towels/wipes to wipe our hands.

When I got off a previous flight, I had missed my connection. I was greeted with someone who had already booked my next flight. Also, the seat was fairly comfortable for a 2 hour flight.
As great as it was that they booked my connecting flight, I wish I could have my luggage. It has been over a week and I believe that it is because I had such a short layover from my first flight to this one.

The crew was rude and Inattentive. They keep the cabin so cold, most people more miserable and had their blankets all they way up to their necks, and still cold. Seats were very thin and not very comfortable and so close together, there's was no room to stretch out at all.

The seats actually had individual screens, which was a very nice surprise. There’s a decent movie collection. alao the flight attendants were very nice and friendly.

No snacks on flight. The charging stations come in between legs space and very uncomfortable they got to be re adjusted. Make sure these are taken care in upcoming flights.
Never knew flying domestically with a company named American would be so impossible. A true joke. Never had such difficulties traveling about. Super unsatisfiee and will not be traveling with them again. I urge everyone considering to purchase other airlines as well.
Several flights were delayed and canceled on last minute.
