Getting in an airplane where people are trying to find a place for their belongings, not finding any and clogging the way.

Points négatifs : For this flight, the line of people to board stretched outside of the gate- it was not possible to wait inside the gate. Once we were checked in we had to shove our way onto an overcrowded bus for transport from the gate to the plane. More buses are needed when ferrying people by bus from the gate to the plane, in general (not just on this flight).
Points positifs : The flight itself was fine. We have taken this flight several times and have never had any major issues. Seattle has improved its arrivals hall, so clearing immigration and customs is much quicker than it used to be.
Points négatifs : Navigating Heathrow when changing terminals is horrid. I have no idea why they make you go through security again when you never leave a secure area. Always allow at least 2+ hours for a transfer. When boarding this flight usually does not have a gate. It is necessary to take a. Is to the plane and walk up the stairs, which seems like unnecessary delays.
