And for breakfast the only option was a ham and cheese sandwich, so I didn’t eat."

It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"

I will travel again with Air Europa but I will take a sandwich or two with me just in case pasta is being served. Flight was from Madrid to Miami. J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

Debido a ambos retrasos, perdimos el vuelo de conexión entre Lisboa y Oviedo. En Lisboa, los empleados del mostrador de Air Europa ni nos miraron a la cara. No se disculparon ni hicieron ningún ademán de ayuda. No había otros vuelos entre Lisboa y Oviedo hasta el día siguiente. Tuvimos que rehacer los billetes de avión en el aeropuerto de Lisboa, encontrar un hotel en Lisboa y cenar allí por el retraso del avión de su compañia y el indebido manejo de equipajes. Aunque las compañias aereas entre Boston y Lisboa y Lisboa y Oviedo fuesen distintintas, el asunto de " no es nuestro problema" " no es una sloución" al viajero, especialmente cuando se trata de vuelos internacionales. Lo menos que Air Europa podría haber hecho por nosotros es habernos facilitado un voucher para pasar la noche en Lisboa. Por decirlo claramente, rehacer los billetes a Oviedo y pasar la noche en Lisboa sumó otros 1000 dólares. Ni que decir que en Oviedo tuvimos que rehacer todo lo demás,porque nuestro vuelo no salió hasta las 4 de la tarde del día siguente. La vuelta del día 21 de Julio desde Lisboa a Boston aconteció iigualmente con otras dos horas de retraso. La compañia Delta en Boston e ofreció a montarnos en un avión Bostón-Atlanta más tarde sin gasto alguno. Su compañia en cambio se disculpó en un vuelo internacional. Su lema "No es nuestro problema". De poco sirve esto ahora de vuelta en mi casa, exceptuando que esta familia no utilizará en el futuro su compañia en ningún vuelo internacional, ni recomendará su aerolinea a otras personas. Nunca Iberia,Delta, Air France, British Airways, Tap ni American se han comportado de este modo a lo largo de nuestro recorrido por el mundo."

Details like a travel bag with socks and a toothbrush were a pleasant surprise. I was thrilled that I could charge my devices all at the same time due to ample outlets."

Arrivé aux portes d'embarquement, je m'assoie pour attendre l'annonce de l'ouverture des portes. HEUREUSEMENT, un policier me demande ce que j'attends, me dit que l'embarquement vient de fermer, que je dois courir. Arrivé devant la porte, plus de passerel, le commandant à était bien gentil de me laisser monter dans l'avion qui décollait 2 min après. Je ne vous remercie pas !"

No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

Points négatifs : "We sat on the aircraft on the tarmac for two hours, no explanation. Food and drink were served 20 mins before landing, some people didn’t get a chance to have a drink. Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"

Points négatifs : "The airline overbooked the flight due to an earlier plane being cancelled. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"

Points négatifs : "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."
