Points positifs : Nothing!!! Horrible airline with horrible staff members.
Points négatifs : Everything. The staff and crew of Intercaribbean airlines are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. On top of the flight delays all the luggage for that particular flight was left in Kingston. Everybody was rather nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. I was told I would get the the following day. The next day only two of my three bags showed up. I was not compensated for the inconvenience and was told point blank that they will only deliver one of my bags to my address even though they were the reason I had NONE of my luggage in the first place. They are disgusting!!! I would never recommend this airline to anyone.

Points négatifs : A long walk to the D3 gate, but there were no amenities there I.e. snacks (to be fair a new terminal is under construction)
Points négatifs : There was no air. I understand when you are on the ground it can be limited but even after getting to altitude there was no air conditioning.

No one was at the check in area and 20 min later when we located someone from intercaribbean we were told it was now too late but we could get a refund but later refused

Points positifs : Flew from San Juan to Tortola. Flight was delayed, didn't inform us at check in. More importantly, when we took off an hour and a half late, they didn't load ANY of the bags on the flight!! None of the passengers on our plane received their checked bags. We waited over 20 minutes before they informed us no bags were coming. Then told us they didn't know where the bags were. We called at 4:30, they said they had our bags and would put on the 6:30 ferry. Went to meet ferry, no bags. Called again, first woman said they didn't know where our bags were. When I explained everything she was able to locate them, thankfully, and they ended up on 9pm ferry. Communication needs to be better!!

Points négatifs : it was over 1 hour late, and no one would tell us the status of the flight. had to call 877# to find out if they were cancelling or just late. last week they just cancelled with no reason left customers screwed

Good , no frills
Points positifs : Staff was friendly, flight attendant was friendly and helpful with customs forms.
Points négatifs : Counter and boarding gate was down in a very delapidated area of the airport and far away from shops and services. Impresssion was that a professional presentation is not important. Small sandwich sign marks entrance to check -in.
Points positifs : Baggage arrived. Short flight and water is provided. No snacks we're necessary.
Charged for a second ticket and a transfer fee
Points négatifs : My previous flight by Southwest landed an hour late causing me to miss my connector with InterCarribean by two minutes. Ten minutes after the plane departed, I called the InterCarribean online booking number to get on a flight later that day. After I got off of the phone and received my emailed receipt, I saw that I was charged the full price of the flight later that day and charged a $50 fee for adjusting my departure time without being refunded my initial ticket fare. However, I had called 20 minutes after my initial flight had taken off so I shouldn't have been charged a $50 transfer fee plus the cost of a second ticket ($170). So at the end of the day I bought two tickets for different flights plus a $50 transfer fee. I am hoping that maybe I can get this corrected but not overly hopeful.
After getting confirmation that I had a seat on the second flight, I went to check in but there was no place to check in unless I exited through baggage claim and go to the primary check-in desk. Since I only had a carry-on I wanted to avoid having to stand in line and go through security again this but there were no InterCarribean locations on the concourses until my 6pm flight four hours later. I went to the main check-in desk and stood there for 90 minutes for a person to come out to man the desk. After I got my boarding pass, everything was OK.

On Time Caribbean Flights!!
Points positifs : This small airline that we used for out islands in Turks & Caicos was punctual and accurate with baggage, which is awesome when visiting the islands. Our first flight was only 30 minutes late and our return was early. Amazing. Great people.
Points négatifs : The planes are seriously dated and they ripped a brand new bag but that’s it
Points négatifs : Flight attendant fall asleep, crew on the cabin was calling her by plane signals (light + sounds), did not respond, they opened the door and finally passengers shout her to let her know about the requested assistance at the cabin.

Condor staff was cold and unhelpful. Stated repeatedly they have nothing to do with the issue that I have to take it up with kayak. Basically it was my problem.

Delay of flight cost our party hundreds of dollars
Points négatifs : Agents s/ow/confused at check in regarding routine paperwork ? Flight was delayed (not weather) and our party of 8 missed ALL connecting flights. Their delay cost us hundreds of dollars in rebooking fees, etc... , time lost, pick up issues at final destination. Would advise against this airline. There will be direct flights from miami to beef island later this year with a different airline. Wont be using this line again.
Cancelled flight without being told
Points négatifs : They cancelled my flight without telling me. I had to hunt all over the airport for an attendant and finally was told 10 min before departure that it was cancelled!!!
Worst airline I've been on
Points négatifs : Plane was unknowinglyour delayed. Then we boarded only to be taken off the plane and made wait for over four hours. No one came to give us flight info and after calling both the airline and their customer service dept. was hung up on and never called back. Would never suggest this airline to anyone trying to get around the caribbean.

Flight was late
Points positifs : The flight was smooth. It was raining on the way to the airplane and they gave us weather ponchos so we would get too wet. That was a nice touch.
Points négatifs : The flight was late and they put us on a smaller airplane which took a lot longer to get to Puerto Plata. Plus there is no bathroom on this smaller plane.
Stress free and on time
Points positifs : Very hassle-free experience. Easy check-in, on time departure and timely baggage return at the other end.
Points négatifs : Neither pilot gave the legally required briefing on emergency exits and communication was minimal (put on your seatbelt and we'll be there in 30 minutes), though as a licensed pilot myself, I thought that their operation of the aircraft was safe and proper.
Poor communication
Points positifs : Poor communication , problem with computer check in system stood in- line for over an hour without any communication from the staff as to what the issue was .Not until less than a half an hour before takeoff time did they finally contact a manger, prompted by the customers,and decide to write up boarding passes there should've been more communication between the customer and the check in staff when there is such a delay, everybody was anxious not knowing what to expect about departure and assurance to make connecting flights. Otherwise the customers understand computer issues, but a little info about possible alternate solutions goes a long way
