I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. It needs to be a two-way"

Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

The flight was delayed causing me to miss another AA connection by minutes. Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

The staff in LAX were not as friendly but then I am just glad that everything was handled for her at such a young age being taken through such a big place. My daughter said she slept very little overnight due to a rude passenger who was talking very loudly and using a phone. But over all she was happy with the in-flight entertainment and I was pleased with the amount of baggage allowed at no extra fee."

I am hypoglycemic and the flight attendant skipped my line for food I acknowledged her three times and she ignored me so on the fourth time I raised my voice saying “excuse me ma’am” that seem to have irritated her or rubbed her the wrong way because her response was extremely unprofessional yelling at me and accused me of startling her. She compared my voice to the startle of 911 and caused a scene in front of the majority of the passengers. All I wanted was the food that was available for each passenger because she skipped My row. After talking to another flight attendant who claim to be a manager name Celeste who was wearing a visible name tag along with every other flight attendant except for her, I asked her for the name so I could write up a review she refused to give me her name saying it was against their policy to give up first names even though it’s clearly on everybody’s shirt except hers she removed it or covered it up w/ her apron even though Robert Robert was wearing an apron with his name tag outside of his apron like he should the attendant that gave me problems took off her name tag and covered it with an apron that was a violation of dress code. A simple apology is all I asked for but she refused to apologize and the managers only response was “I can’t make her apologize” Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect on a flight as I am a frequent flyer to Paris on United everybody else and all other flights was extremely helpful and courteous. This woman started ranting and raving about 911 and getting people nervous for no reason. I will be writing a formal letter to the corporate office. I just barely got home and wanted to write this review because it ruined my experience in 9 1/2 hour flight experience. It was also very embarrassing for me and my family, as other customers were bothered by this and had to listen to this. I was trying to speak over the air conditioner and after the third time of her not acknowledging me that is one I raise my voice politely by saying “excuse me ma’am”. I am a frequent united flier. Furthermore I have scoliosis and I’m handicapped our flight got delayed by 3 furthermore I have scoliosis and I’m handicapped our flight got delayed by 2 1/2 hrs. By this time my back was throbbing and when I talked to the gentleman upfront he told me to write a letter for some type of compensation regarding everything I have been through. Here are pictures of the lady who is out of dress code the flight attendant and also out of line dealing with plus dealing with customers she’s obviously unhappy with her job and should not be in the customer service industry as I know for being a businesswoman myself owning my own salon I deal with customers all day and I know my number one job is to make sure my customers are happy I am not ."

I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."

Points négatifs : "Connecting flight was cancelled so we automatically got out on the next flight. Our stop over went from 2h to over 7h. Staff at checkin were very unhelpful. They told us to go to the website to request a refund and wouldn't offer us any flight upgrades. We got on the flight and people were told not to sit in the unoccupied enconomy plus seats unless they paid for them. Pretty poor that considering there were at least 2 rows of seats available they are so tight they can't even be bothered to compensate us in a way that won't effect their bottom line. We completed the return request only to be told that refunds are not offered on schedule changes. Again pretty shoddy customer service and shows that all they are about is your money. The breakfast we had was disgusting. The melted cheese looked like someone had vomited onto my tray. On waiting for our connecting flight there was an old lady who was dumped at a gate on a wheel chair. They person then left without telling them what was happening. We could see she was anxious about not knowing what was happening. My wife went to the United help desk to ask for information for the lady's flight and was told she should just check the information board and dismissed. Not sure how an old lady who can't walk is meant to do this (this was explained to them). If United had bothered to make some kind of effort to be at least helpful in any stage with refunding / upgrading us and being helpful to an old lady maybe this review would be different. Ultimately all they care about is your money and will deliver a shockingly bad customer service wherever they can get away with it. I WONT be flying United again. I will pay more for another airline."

Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now."

They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour."

Dinner of either fish or chicken was delicious, and included bread, cheese, salad, and dessert. Followed by additional beverage services, a mushroom calzone and finally Belgium chocolates. The crew was friendly and entertainment on personal monitors was very good. This was the best overseas flight I have had in several years."

Points négatifs : "My husband was rerouted through London because they said he didn't have an ETA to go through Canada. But he does have one. We have the number and Brussels Air was the one that got it for him on his outgoing trip! When I called the airline to get his route details they said he does have one and they saw that he did. So what's up Brussels Air staff? We hope you will offer some recompense for the error and the trouble."
