He said that he can get me in, in an earliest flight they have and only to find out that the flight they he wanted me in is my flight and ask money.

Sitting on a hard floor for 7 hours with nothing to eat before a 3.5 hour flight is not my idea of a good day!

Points positifs : Nothing. Website did not notify me when booking that visa for us was required so I did not even get to fly to my destination which was a waste of my time and money to drive 5hrs to the city and not get any of my money back.
Points négatifs : Put a notification when rsvp’n ticket that certain countries need a visa approval from their country before booking. Wasted my time/money so I didnt even get to go to Vietnam n wasted a 5hr drive to my city. At least could have gave me some future discount code since I couldn’t get any money back

Better explanation of baggage allowances. I got a shock of paying an extra $962 U SD . We were coming from international flight and did not have to pay for baggage’s . Had I been informed of baggage cost I would have selected a different carrier.

The new 321 aircraft is crammed like cattle car, no legroom and a backpack can barely go under the seat....no recline so very uncomfortable

Chaque passager a droit un bagage à main, dont le poids ne doit pas dépasser les 7 kg. Le bagage à main doit pouvoir rentrer sans peine dans les espaces supérieurs de rangement. Il ne doit pas dépasser 56 cm de hauteur, 36 cm de largeur et 23 cm de profondeur. Les passagers ont également chacun droit à un article à main de petite taille qui ne doit pas dépasser 35 cm de hauteur, 20 cm de largeur et 20 cm de profondeur. Il doit pouvoir rentrer dans l’espace sous le siège avant.
