There were screaming little kids placed all over economy with parents that did nothing about their high pitched screaming and I do mean screaming and screeching as a form of communication. There was only one much younger child that was in real distress and the Mom and Dad walked up and down the aisles trying to comfort that child and not disturb others passengers. The rows of seats were so close together that when the person in front of me reclined, I could not. get up from my seat and it was on the aisle! The young man sitting next to me just stood on the seat to climb out. We could have made an earlier flight, but the manger of the reservation desk in Tel Aviv was too lazy to check to see if we could switch to the earlier flight was easily make able with lots of seats, but I couldn't do it on line and she was busy talking to her friends. As a result, we had a 6 hour lay over in Zurich that was unnecessary."

Firstly my plane had a name, not just a number- Jersey Girl - which is a great film, by the way. Next, boarding was efficient and done by loading on the passengers at the back first. Next, all the staff, both on and off the plane, we're amazing. Helpful, friendly and professional. The food was fine. Let's face it, there's not a lot anyone can do with food with the constraints of being at altitude. I love the provision of sleep aids and was able to get more sleep on this flight than with any other airline. The entertainment system is brilliant. Great choices, including Indie films and foreign films- what a treat!! The intro tutorial is genius. I watched the whole thing, which is rare for me. I fly from SLC twice a year across the Atlantic to visit relatives back home. This route through Orlando was a bit circuitous, but I left my booking until late this year. So glad I did. I will always go with Virgin in the future even if it does mean a longer internal flight and a slightly higher cost. Thank you !!"

The check in page asked same information multiple times , even though the details were entered while booking ticket."

They yell at you or just simply ignore you. No legroom. The crew did not mention that are flight was delayed prior or that we missed our connecting flight and what to do from there. I was given a hotel room during my layover but its in a scary neighborhood and it smells like sewage is nearby. The Grand Yavaz. The cheaper price is not worth the hassle. I can spend my good money elsewhere...i will be sure to warn others."

Another long, slow line for customs, another long slow line for security=Charles De Gaulle airport was awful. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our departure time and got to our boarding gate with no time to spare."

Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

We had to be re-routed via 3 separate flights jus to make our international connection thanks to our initial flight being moved up 2 hours EARLY. They closed the door in our faces. That added 8 hours of travel time to our trip which I had booked to minimize travel time as I was traveling with pets. United is the WORST."

Passengers paying over a $1500 for 12-hour flights deserve to be treated better! That was horrible and bordering abusive!"

This flight boarded from front and back. Making finding your seat a nightmare as people were traveling in both directions in the aisles. You would think you were in a third world country."

Selon cette philosophie, il faudrait peut-être payer nos billets d'avion une fois RENDUS à destination? Beaucoup de stress inutile et une mauvaise opinion de la compagnie aérienne..."

When I asked them to help rebook my flight that Lufthansa caused ne to miss, i was told there is nothing they can do. Seeing as how that last flight was not booked through Lufthansa. This is absolutely ridiculous! There were no Lufthansa flights into Tucson so I had no choice but to go with another carrier! So after a long grueling 4.5 hr delay and 11+hr flight now I have to stay in a hotel because my flight out via Southwest was the last one out for the day and The only nonstop flight departs at 12:35 tomorrow. Thank goodness Southwest booked me on another flight at no charge! They take care of their customers. It was not their fault I missed the flight. It was dur to the "techincal difficulties" with Lufthansa. And every hotel within a 8 mile radius has been sold out. And at one point I booked online only to find out upon my arrival, after paying for taxi and havig him leave, thAt this hotel is sold out and should not have allowed me to book online. So after landing at 7:15 pm at LAX I am just now in bed at a hotel after searching and paying for cabs etc. And on my dime! Absolutely ridiculous !!"

Le semblant de repas était avant l'arrivée ã Montréal était infecte : une pochette de pain avec simili sauce que l'on présentait comme une "pizza". Ce vol n'avait vraiment pas la qualité Lufthansa!!!"
