Turkish economise des droits d aeroports sur le dos de sa clientele Personnel de l aeroport ne fait que taper la discute entre eux alors que la clientele n en peut plus d attendre.."

Points négatifs : "You had a very disrespectful, illogical, anal retentive person at the ticket gate just before getting on the shuttle. She would not allow us to wait for the rest of our party of 2 to go on the shuttle to the plane together. They were delayed because of your personal continually bringing other people to cut in line in front of them. There was plenty of time and the shuttle was already full, and we wanted to wait for the next shuttle to board the airplane together. She came out several times from inside of the building shouting at the three of us to get on the shuttle even when the person managing the shuttle flow at the bottom of the stairs was about to let us wait for the next shuttle. What was her problem(?) - she could use a lot more people skills and realize who pays her salary - the customers. She really tarnished the whole image and impression I originally had of TA. Also, there was no way to go to the bathroom without going through a long line of security again at the last gate before the shuttle which did not make sense."

For the leg from Istanbul to Los Angeles I confirmed a window seat when I checked-in online. However, when I arrived at the airport I has a middle seat and could not change it and the 15 hour flight was miserable. I also asked to be upgraded to business class and told it would be $3,500.00, which was ridiculous."

Points négatifs : "I booked three round-trip tickets from LAX to Athens. Our daughter did not fly with us there but we checked with ticketing in LAX and they booked her seat anyway. The issue came when we tried to leave Athens the airlines then said that I had to purchase a one-way ticket! They informed me that the flight was cancelled for my daughter because she didn't fly to Athens. The ticket was almost $1,500.00 and I intend to get my money back but it was unfortunate that they had to charge me for it in the first place."

I got it more than once, it's always dry grilled chicken, steamed veggies and plain rice. Overall it's a dry meal and no flavorful at all. On this trip I didn't order a special as I was hoping one of the options wouldn't have lactose."

I still don't have my luggage after 14 days. No further responses despite extensive documentation and receipts. This is bad!!!"

Flight attendants are extremely rude, not helpful, the food is terrible, the planes are all old Boeing 777-300 likely purchased second hand and seem to be falling apart on the inside. I saw flight attendants kicking, punching, and body slamming carts and other items to get them to fit in their racks in the kitchen areas, I hate to think what that means for safety of critical items. Just stay away for your safety and sanity"

The attendant started calling the next numbers before the first group had a chance to get through all the people waiting! You couldn't push thru the crowd because others in front of you were in the same predicament. People were asked to stay in their seats until their numbers were called but they didn't listen. We were an hour late taking off. Food was not very good and I'm not a picky eater. Rolls were hard as a rock and The eggs were uneatable. The lady in front of me reclined her seat all the way back and slept the whole flight so I was uncomfortable the whole way home and couldn't sleep. Her seat was resting on my knees. Very hard to eat off a tilted tray table. Seats very close together so hard to get to the remote."

The seat backs do not recline yet, the seats in front of us so so, we end up with the guy ahead of my in my lap with zero leg room as my knees were pressed down by the reclined passenger in front of me. Very uncomfortable to not be able to move for 8 hours!!!!"

I had 2 seats for myself. The cabin looks very attractive because of its colors. The Tahitian music is relaxing. It is also nice to see the crew with a Tahitian outfit, Tahitian pearls... You kind of travel without going to Tahiti! The crew is always very pleasant. The food is better than with any American airline."

Points négatifs : "In comparison to the flight we took from LAX to PPT, this plane was ancient, and the technology was really lackluster. The tv screens were super old and the quality was very bad. My screen was completely fuzzy and striated.. The movies froze continuously, and you didn't have control over when you could play something. The magazine guide to what was playing didn't match what was playing. You needed to use the airplane headphones with a double jack because the plane was so old, and the headphones were super uncomfortable to wear in comparison to my own personal headphones. I ended up using my own headphones, but that meant that I only had sound in one ear. There was no USB port to charge your phone. It was just very disappointing considering the airplane going to my destination was more state of the art and comfortable, and I was expecting the same going back. For an 8 hour red eye, I was counting on being able to watch good movies. I tried to watch three different movies and couldn't watch any of them through completion because they froze midway through at some point and never restarted. Most of the movies were in French too even though our destination was LAX. Super disappointing. Especially considering how expensive the flight was. Also on the flight to PPT, they even gave you a Tempur-pedic pillow for your back which was so helpful in terms of overnight comfort. There was nothing like that on this flight. Also there were no temperature controls and I had cold air blowing on me the whole flight that I could do nothing about. Lastly the food schedule was strange in that for a midnight flight, they kept you up for another 1-1.5 hours to do a light dinner service. The food is appreciated but I think going to sleep right away is way more important. Seats are super tight also. Thank you."

When we showed theconfirmation and seat assignments they checked and said a family with children has priority so they gave our 2 seats to them. However when we got on the plane we saw that it was not a family but 2 separate individuals. Not sure why they got our seats but it obviously was not because of a child. Another flight with them several days earlier we also got our seats reassigned but the flight confirmation on that leg said seats requested so when they reassigned us we could justify the airline thought that request is different than assigned."

Food is not even discernible as to what you're attempting to eat. It's the type of food comedians used to make jokes about. Planes are outdated and need upgrades"

It was finally delivered at 2:00 AM the next morning; well past the 8:00 PM promised delivery, which caused us to lose an entire eveing in Paris. On the return flight, home, she was told there wasn't even a seat for her on the plane. I failed to add that after booking and paying for her flight, they cancelled and deleted the SFO to London leg of the flight without so much as notifying her via email, phone, or text. Mind you, the London to Paris leg was not cancelled. Had we not tried to pre-book our seats, she would never have known they had cancelled her flight. What impacted her, impacted me, so needless to say, neither of us will ever fly BA again! BTW, their online customer service representatives were very nasty to deal with."

No help no announcements nothing. sitting in a plane for an hour and a half with three children under the age of four crying, screaming and yelling all the way without a thing being said by any of the crew. A little is ok, but three families with young children with no support from the crew was not pleasant"

One of our seats had no audio and the seat control center was inoperative so we couldn't even turn the reading light on. The audio quality and headphones were terrible on the seats that did work. Ok The seats were less comfortable than our British Airways flights on the way out. No alcoholic drinks were provided either like they were on the British Airways flight. We paid for a British Airways flight and were placed on a discount airline."

Overall, this flight was a nightmare and a huge let down after flying to Rome on British Airways. I can't say enough about how wonderful that flight was..Aer Lingus was a big disappointment and a poor substitute for BA. Very unsatisfied customer!"

We got there two hours early for our flight and there was already a long line at the desk and no agents at the counter. Finally some agents arrived started checkng people in. After 15 min in line, they told us that if we were flying to the U.S., our flight was delayed and we would not make our connection, and to get out of line and wait. After 20 more minutes, they said that was a mistake and get back in line. I waited for approximately an hour and a half in line there, and had to run to my flight. There was no effort made to hurry us through security or any apologies."

On an 11 hour flight this became very annoying when you were trying to get a good amount of sleep. The LCD screens on the back of the seats were the worst interaction I've ever witnessed on an airplane. The touch sensitivity was like something from the 1980s and made it very frustrating to select and navigate. On top of that the screens would spontaneously restart - my boyfriend and I witnessed the same interaction so it wasn't just one seat. Boarding at the terminal was not done efficiently in Dublin. The check in process with the kiosks was set up confusing and the crew helping did not help when clearly we needed it. There were no clear signs designating check in from baggage check. Baggage check that was self check out was not clear. When we received our boarding pass it stated that the doors would close at 1:30 for a 3pm flight - we got to the airport on time and were frantically trying to make it to our gate. After confusing baggage drop off we then had 2 rounds of security that was less than pleasant and we were ushered to a ground level terminal, or what was suppose to be a terminal. There was one food outlet that was understaffed with a huge line - we realized that our flight wasn't actually going to start boarding until 2pm so we could have taken our time. When boarding began they stated we were in final boarding and to not worry it was to stress out the people who hadn't been through security yet. There was no section boarding, it was just a free for all in which everyone waiting in yet another line. Very disorganized and inefficient. I would choose another airline for my next trip to Ireland."

When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Car ce montant s’élevait au double du prix du billet aller et retour !? … Je m’étonne encore d’un tel montant ??? D’autant que j’ai pu déplorer que le traitement de mon bagage n’a absolument pas été à la hauteur de la prestation d’Air France … Je pensais qu’à ce prix mon matériel professionnel aurait voyagé dans de bonnes conditions, sans être comprimé, ni mal traité, et surtout sans subir un tel dégât … À cette heure, je ne comprends d’ailleurs toujours pas, comment cette casse a pu intervenir !? … À moins que leurs bagagistes s’amusent à sauter à pieds joints dessus, vu dans quel état je l’ai retrouvé !!?? … Et puis aujourd’hui, c’est encore l’un de mes bagages qui a été égaré par leurs services … Mais voilà, cela est la énième fois, depuis tant d’années, que je dois à nouveau subir ce manque de sérieux, de professionnalisme et cette incompétence de la part de leurs hommes ! … Dont la mission consiste bien à prendre soin des sacs qu’ils conduisent ! Et dont ils sont seuls responsables, dès l’instant ou ils prennent le bagage en charge, jusqu’au moment ou leur client est censé le récupérer dans les temps !? … Seulement pour ma part, les conséquences sont désastreuses. Et j’ai constaté et subi trop souvent ces désagréments à répétitions. Toutes ces mésaventures, qui m’ont fait perdre à de nombreuses reprises un temps précieux lors de tous mes déplacements ! Réalisateur de documentaires animaliers, Air France a mis en péril trop souvent la réussite de mon travail. Ainsi que toute l’organisation qui a été minutieusement mise en place en amont, par leur manque de charisme … Lorsque le personnel d’Air France fait perdre à leur entreprise des sommes mirobolantes chaque fois qu’il bloque le pays, et les gens qui travaillent, en se mettant en grève ! Il me fait aussi payer chèrement son inaptitude, à chaque fois qu’il brille de son impéritie, par ses erreurs devenues épuisantes et harassantes … Notez que j’ai reçu mon bagage avec plus de 24h de retard … Alors que j’étais censé partir en mer le lendemain matin à 05h00 pour filmer … Malheureusement, et comme à chaque fois qu’ils enrayent le bon fonctionnement de mon travail, la réussite de mon reportage a été fortement compromise !!!"

I live overseas and but had a valid U.S. visa for my travel, but couldn't change planes without applying tor a temporary resident visa which takes longer to obtain than the time before I needed to fly. Le service était difficile, les repas pas bons. J'ai des allergies et je n'ai pas pu rien manger, car leur système n'avait pas pu les enregistrer. Encore une fois pour un vol de 13h c'est inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas Air Canada. Prenez ANA ou Japan Airlines si vous allez au Japon."

Points négatifs : "4h de retard, on nous dit qu'aucune "voucher" d'hotel puisque le retard est dû est la température à chicago (d'ou provient l'avion) alors quil fait beau la bas et un cile sans nuage.....de plus, l'agente au comptoir qui s'occupe de nous imformer refuse de nous aider et distribue plutot des depliants avec on # de telephone pour que les gens appellent par eux meme....tres decue d'air canada et de son manque de communication ainsi que de la facon de transmettre l'informtion! De plus, tout etait fermé a YUL alors meme pas possible d avoir un café! 3 h + tard nous avons eu breuvages chauds et biscuits expirés..."
