The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

Consequently I got to the boarding gate right when they were closing. Consequently I lost all my connections from then on. The United Airlines was very empathizing with me and my situation and they issued me other boarding passes at no cost. United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."

No individual air ventilation - got hot and uncomfortable at times. Cramped economy seats - and if passenger in front of you fully reclines - your TV screen is almost in your lap. Hot meal included very rubbery chicken - obviously either overcooked or nuked too much. Attendants seemed indifferent or annoyed if you asked for individual attention outside of their normal rounds of serving drinks/etc (all I wanted was a Coke). I was essentially told to go to the back of the cabin and get my own drink... Upon arrival - de-planing took an eternity. We had a large group of teen band members traveling - who had scattered their instruments in overheads all around the plane. So anyone that was behind them had to wait until they figured out where all their stuff was stowed. OK - not necessarily LOT's fault - but again - a little thought and some hand's on guidance by the crew would have made it easier for the other passengers to get off the plane quicker after a 9 1/2 hour flight..."

The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

When finally the captain says 'boarding completed' aaand we wait another 30 minutes without explanation. Finally after one hour from our initial departure time we departed. In total 2 hours waiting in the plane, no water because it took the crew another hour to prepare to serve drinks! Flight was supposed to leave at 16:50, we got water around 19:00. Shame! Food is horrible, service is bad! We landed 2 hours later then we were supposed to. It seems that being late and not give explanations it's something that it's characteristic for polish airlines!"

LOT was clearly understaffed to check in passengers on a small Boeing 737 plane used for the flight. Line moved incredibly slowly, many of us were afraid that we were going to miss the flight.m, with no updates from LOT ground personnel. Flight's takeoff was eventually 1 hour 45 minutes late, so did LOT understaff the check-in process knowing that the plane's departure was going to be late? I paid a premium to fly LOT and assumed that would avoid the consistently terrible Easyjet/Ryan Air check-in and boarding process. No such luck. It was a truly horrible. Et deuxiemement, les gens sont tres bruyants dans l'avion apres avoir bu de l'alcool. Je pense que des regles plus strictes concernant l'alcoolemie des passagers dans les vols devraient etre mises en place."

I want a refund of 50 euro."

The screen never said boarding it went straight from gate open to gate closed! The service at the airport was terrible and they were all very rude!"

I have flown 100's of times and have never in my life experienced something like this. The landing itself was also horrible as we just basically smacked the ground. If you can fly a different airline do so! I think quite possibly these aircrafts are over due to be retired and the company does not maintain the safety of them."

The flight was scheduled for 10:20 and this information was still at the information board even at 11:00 while the information about the status including a new departure slot was definitely known to the airport as well all SmartWings officials by that time!!! Flight was ok but the landing was not. The first attempt was not successful so the plane took off again when almost touching the runway and the second attempt landing was pretty hard. Explanation given for the failed first attempt was most likely only a bad excuse (insufficient distance from previous landing plane). Later I found out the flight captain (Mr. Vojta) was also the instructor for new SmartWings pilots so presume a new pilot was learning to land which as a passenger I don't appreciate to be subjected to."

The last seats near at the end of te aircraft are 90 degrees straight!! more than 90...they actually lean forward a bit...I sat there! is hould know impossilbe! I'm sorry...i have to put this company to my black list..."

Result: I was supposed to arrive at the hostel 22h quietly but arrived 4am in the morning. Company Explanation: plane in Madrid. Did they not know that people had bought the ticket and waited in Prague? Where is their responsibility? 110 kc not account for it"

Points négatifs : "My flight ( Prague to London) was delayed for 1 hour. My previous flight ( London to Prague) was delayed for 40 min. I was speaking with other passengers, almost everybody was reffering to the numerous delays by SmartWings ( for 40 min to 7 hours). No warning or information about this delay was given in advance. We were waiting in the gates for 1.30 hours, instead of sitting in the lounge."

I have flown so many places and have never been asked such a thing and especially in such a rude way! Also, I did not like that we were not given a beverage on the flight. It was not a cheap flight and the fact that we were not even offered water is rude. I don't think I will fly smart wings again."

Points négatifs : "No entertainment at all, no outlets, and all of the food was for purchase. There was no indication whatsoever that we would need to purchase food onboard (most airlines provide free drinks), and the worst part was that there was no free potable water. And, the crew were not at all nice about it. Honestly, I'd like back the 2 euros I had to spend on getting a bottle of water!"

Points négatifs : "Two days before the flight, they emailed to say that instead of 8:05 am, the flight would leave at 6:55 am. Ok, fine. I get to the airport at 5:30 and the flight is now leaving at 9:30 (and was further delayed to 10:20). I really could have used the extra sleep. Why bother with the email? Better yet - SEND ANOTHER EMAIL NOTIFICATION! They gave us a food voucher for the inconvenience but failed to mention that it wouldn't be honored on the plane. Very nearly missed my connecting flight which I had planned a full 4 hours between landing and takeoff. Harumph!"
